Responsibilities: Design/implement bioinformatics workflows and software tools; develop/maintain LIMS; build scalable pipelines for genomic/transcriptomic/multiomic analysis; apply statistics/ML to high-throughput sequencing; create dashboards/visualizations; ensure data integrity, reproducibility, and compliance.

Requirements: Master’s in Bioinformatics, CS, or related + 2 yrs in diagnostic lab/clinical research developing/supporting LIMS. Experience with Python (Flask/Jinja2 & CGI), R, SQL, AWS, Shell scripting, Linux.
